Alandi Ayurveda Clinic offers both Classical Pancha Karma with delectable body treatments and Home Pancha Karma. First time patients must schedule an initial appointment to receive a proper Pancha Karma planning session. For returning patients, PK plans can be developed in a regular follow up appointment.

Classical Pancha Karma Treatments
Classical Pancha Karma therapies offered by Alandi Ayurveda Gurukula Graduate and Faculty Member, Annalise Ozols. *Treatments are available at the Alandi's Pancha Karma room in Boulder as well as Annalise's space in Westminster, Colorado.
- Abhyanga - warm oil massage using organic medicated oil that promotes stress release and rejuvenation. All oils are prepared in the Alandi Pharmacy using classical Ayurvedic recipes
- Shirodhara - a head a facial massage with a special streaming medicated oil treatment for the scalp and forehead to help soothe and relax the deepest levels of the body
- Svedana - herbalized steam treatment which softens and loosesn impurities and opens pores and channels in the body for better circulation and increased biological intelligence
- Netra Basti - deeply relaxing eye treatment for strained, burning or over-sensitive eyes that helps to improve vision
- Pinda Svedana - specific, relaxing massage using rice, milk and herbs to alleviate pain, numbness or stiffness in the joints and limbs
- Sarvangadhara -the crown jewel of pancha karma treatments, a whole-body oil bath with two therapists working synchronously, performed on a specifically-crafted traditional wooden dhroni table handmade by local craftsmen - alleviates vata in body and mind and restores the spirit
- Marma Point Massage - massage which stimulates key body points and restores the body-mind connection on a subtle level

Home Pancha Karma
Home Pancha Karma is a simplified and cost-effective version of classical PK designed for self-administration at your own home. Patients receive a personalized plan, an orientation session and all indicated oils and applications prepared in the Alandi Pharmacy. Hands on Classical Pancha Karma treatments may be selected to compliment this process.
After PK, schedule a follow-up appointment for a personalized rejuvenation plan.

Cancellation Policy for Alandi Ayurveda Clinic
A charge will be made for all broken appointments unless a 24-hour business day notice is given. Notice cannot be given on holidays and weekends. We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to an emergency such as illness, blizzard or car problems. There will be no charge for these excused absences if a conscious effort is made to contact us as soon as you realize you need to miss your appointment. Otherwise, if an appointment is not cancelled with a full business day's notice, a charge of 50% of the cost of the appointment will be applied to your account.
