And cardamom is more than a delicious seasoning for milk puddings and chay, it also enhances digestion, kills h. pylori, and acts as an antidote to caffeine. Here are a few Ayurvedic cardamom home remedies.

Stomach pain & diarrhoea: 1 tsp. cardamom to 1 cup boiling water, brew for 5 minutes, strain and drink.

Mouth freshener: Chew cardamom pod after eating

Hiccough: Cardamom and mint tea

Glaucoma: ΒΌ t cardamom powder in 1t honey before bed for 3 months.

Memory and aphrodisiac: 1t cardamom in 1 c milk, cool, add honey, drink before bed.
