Transcript Policy

You are entitled to receive your transcript even if you did not graduate. Upon graduation, you may request one free copy of your transcript. If you did not complete the program, there is a $10 administrative fee for your transcript.

In compliance with Colorado HB22-1049, we will not withhold your transcript if you have an outstanding balance and your request is needed for:

• A job application

• Transfer to another postsecondary institution

• Applying for financial aid (state, federal, or institutional)

• Opportunities in the military or national guard

• Other postsecondary opportunities

To qualify, please provide documentation with your request. We will review and respond within seven business days.

Diploma Policy

Upon graduation, you will receive your diploma—normally at your graduation ceremony—at no charge. To receive your diploma, you must:

• Complete all program requirements

• Provide proof of six credits of college-level anatomy and physiology

• Turn in all required homework for every class

• Pay your full tuition balance

If any classes are marked “Incomplete” due to missing homework, your diploma will be held until completed.

If your diploma is lost or damaged, a replacement diploma will cost $25.

Complaints regarding HB22-1049 compliance may be submitted to the Colorado Student Loan Ombudsperson at CSLSA@coag.gov.
